i've been listening to this band called the cure alot reciently, they are awesome, they did songs like boys dont cry, friday im in live, live cats and the origional just like heaven. they are an old band, i think they were even old in my dads time, but sometimes old stuff is good.
anyhoo i was watching this really good film called the wedding singer (adam sandler is the greatest) and at this one bit he sings a ~ interesting ~ song but before he sings it he says ive been listening to the cure alot reciently . . .

it makes more sense in context, because his girlfriend left him at the alter and he wote half the song when they were still together and half when she left him.
is is a good film i would recomend it!!
